Yes, there are instructions scattered all over, which is why I created one post with complete instructions for Windows and Mac, so that people would have everything they needed in one place. \:\)

ok, I've followed all the instructions and I still can't get a photo to post. A message comes up that says "HTML is disabled. UBB Code is enabled." But photobucket doesn't have UBB Code. What now?

It does. Use the code they supply for posting in a forum. That's UBBCode. It uses square brackets - like this:
