We are pleased to be able show you some previews of Virtual Families for iPhone and iPod touch. We hope to release the game late this month on the iTunes App Store. Thanks so much to all of you for your tremendous support of LDW and Virtual Families for Windows and Mac!
These previews are actual screen shots of my little family on my iPod touch.
We are really excited to welcome Heather (you know her online as Xay) as our new Customer Support Lead. Those of you who already know her, or who have already dealt with her, are certainly celebrating with us because she is amazing.
This will not change any of the support channels (you still can use the support page, open tickets, come to the forums for help, etc), but what it does mean is that we will now have a great person whose first and primary concern is keeping all of you happy, and helping with any problems that may come up.
Carla, Barbara and myself are always around too...that's not changing either, and we will all combine our efforts to keep support quality and game quality as high as possible.
Please join me in welcoming Heather to the LDW family!
We have been a bit quiet but we were working like crazy to finish the game. The game is now being tested and we are going to start showing you screenshots. We are aiming for a mid April/beginning of May release.
EDIT: Virtual Families was released on April 22! Yay!

YAY!! Today we submitted Virtual Villagers: The Lost Children for iPhone/iPod touch to the iTunes store.
Now we just have to wait for Apple to accept the submission.
EDIT: Virtual Villagers - The Lost Children has been approved for sale! It should start showing up in iTunes and on your iPhone within a couple hours. We are seling it for $1.99 for a couple weeks as a promotion. Have fun
