1. drop villager on cauldron/fire to start the stew
2. drop villager on cauldron/fire to fetch water
3. drop villager on herb 1
4. drop villager on herb 2
5. drop villager on herb 3
6. drop villager on cauldron/fire to fetch food (after water has been added)
