Hey Everyone,

This seems to be a really common problem for people as they wait for their tech points.

While I can't solve your problem, here's what I did and it saved my village, although it does take a bit of work \:\)

Instead of having everyone on farming, have one farmer. And put everyone on Research.

Try to keep on eye on your farmer so he is not harvesting coconuts. If you do not have the algae yet, get him in the water while waiting for crops. If you have the algae switch him to tech while you're waiting for the crops.

NOW, the secret is to let your villagers starve and get weak.
You do need to make sure they don't sick though, and heal them when they are.

Every so often, use what crops are available or mushrooms or coconuts (this is why you keep your farmer away from them, then when you need them you'll have a enough at least just for the next part) to make a revitilising stew. (The recipe can be found here http://www.ldwforums.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=53375&page=1#Post53375 or PM me for details)

Feed everyone or only the weak ones, this will put there health bar back to full and then you can let them starve again/

Although this IS a bit of work, it worked really well, none of my villagers died and I got the needed tech points quickly.
I really hope this helps.

Yes, I do realise this only works if you have L2 Exploration, but as my food situation was dire as my population was too high so I sacrificed much needed tech points for that. I think if I hadn't it would have been too hard or I would have lost villagers.

I realise that this way will not work for everyone so if anyone has any other ideas/tips of hints, please add them!!

From what Arthur has said, there will be a patch. No time frame has been given, but I would guess it would be around the same time (not before) TLC is released at all portals. But it could be a week or so after that.

I mistakenly left it on 2x overnight, got up at 4 because my 3 year old got up, once he was back down, came down to check on the kids! Well, 5 out of 13 were dead, all the men save 1 young boy. He is going to be a busy bee soon!! \:\)
I saw they were all on the last legs, got enough food made (there were full crops and tons of coconuts) and made the stew. 2 purple flowers and 1 other, and popped them back up to 100%!!

So now I have 3 kids (1 boy) and 5 adult women who have to bring my troup back!! I am glad at least I have 1 male, if we had none that would mean I would have to start all over again!!!
