Caution! DANGEROUSE SPOILERS BELOW. DO NOT READ THIS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO TOTALLY SPOIL YOUR GAME!!!!!! THIS IS FULL OF SPOILERS ABOUT THE MAGIC PLANTS, TIPS AND MORE!!!

Story:
Plant Tycoon is a game set on the Magical Island of Isola. Your challenge is to find the 6 Magic Plants of Isola, through a genetic puzzle! Plant Tycoon is also called PT for short.


Tap tips:
All of these can be found by clicking on the tap on the 'Main' screen.

The shop's seed inventory changes once a day.
Pause the game if you go away for very long.
You can drag a seed to the seed button.
Magic Plants are automatically re-potted in golden pots.
Some exotic plants survive only in special soil.
Plants produce seeds after you pollinate them.
The effect of Magic Plants is automatic and permanent.
Each Magic Plant has a unique effect.
Dead plants may still have seeds on them.
There are many approaches to solving the game.
There are over 500 species of plants!
Plants sell better if flowers are visible.
Only mature plants display there name.
The 'ESC' key will take you back one screen.
Trashing a pot containing dirt gives you a new pot.
Soil upgrades immediately benefit your plants.
Infested plants cannot be pollinated.
Mature plants produce pollen.
If your plants are dying, buy better soil.
Duplicate bugs are turned into cash.
Catching bugs can help finance your purchase.
Some plants can sell for more than $400.
Sneaking up on bugs with your net helps you catch them.
Double-clicking a pot will show what seed you planted.
If your plants sell quickly, your prices may be too low.
Pricing your plants too high inhibits sales.
Ornaments attract more visitors to your nursery.
Pruning plant foliage can improve plant help.
You can't rush Mother Nature!
Time passes whether you're playing the game or not.
Plants keep growing even when the game is off.
The number screens navigate from screen to screen.
The speed of time can be changed through Options.
Uprgaded nets help you catch the faster bugs.
Moving your hand too quickly scares bugs.
Careful! Pruning cannot be undone.
Certain chemicals can advance your breeding program.
Plants can be damaged by pruning.
You can rearrange your plants in the nursery.
Magic Plants attract visitors to your nursery.
Trashing unwanted seeds turns them into cash.
Infested plants have small black insects around them.
You can breed and sell Magic Plants you've found.
Isola is pronounced ee-zoh-lah!
Mutation liquid changes the DNA of the plant.
You can share snapshots of your plants.
'm', 'c', 'p', 's' and 'n' keys will change screens.
You can take snapshots of your favourite plants.

Hints from Charley:
Dead leaves (the ones that should be pruned) are brown.
To water a plant, simply click on your watering can and hold down the left mouse button to water a plant.
To put a soil in an empty pot, just click on your soil bag on your tools and hold the left mouse button down to fill the empty pot with soil.
If you want to take a screen shot of your plants, just click on the button. You can also arrange your plants to fit your needs of where you want them to be.
If you want to change the speed your game's running at, then go to the 'Menu' screen and click on the Options tab. Then you can change your game's speed.
A plant usually produces 4 or 5 seeds. And very rarely a 6th.
Some of the items you buy for your nursery can be clicked and things happen. Clicking on the flower wheelbarrow will make flower petals float out. Clicking on the turtle will squirt water. Clicking on the birdhouse will make a bird come out and chirp. Clicking on the Sundial will tell you how many real time hours you have played the game.
Certain plants seem to yield in certain bugs.
There is more than 1 combo for each Magic Plant!
If a plant has been damaged, and is in the right soil, it will eventually repair itself.
Using Insta-grow bomb or Insta-grow Formula on a plant that is producing seeds will also make the plant have all of it's seeds ready to be harvested.
You can price your Magic Plants really high (about 99999) if you are prone to selling them and do not want to sell them.

Hotkeys (shortcuts):
Pressing one of these keys are quick-shortcuts to save you moving your mouse.
M - Takes you to the 'Main' screen.
C - Takes you to the 'Collect' screen.
P - Takes you to the 'Supplies' screen.
S - Takes to the 'Seeds' screen.
N - Takes you to the 'Nursery' screen.
Space Bar - Automatically pauses your game.

Understanding flowers and their stems/leafs
The first name for the plant (Like Bluestar, Mystic, Aureus, Blazing) are the name for the flower on the plant. The last name(s) are as you can guess, the stems and leaf's name.

_bug_ cash:
Rare: $40
Uncommon: $20
Common: $5

Seed cash:
Tier 1 seeds are worth $1 each.
Tier 2 seeds are worth $3 each.
Tier 3 seeds are worth $5 each.
Tier 4 seeds are worth $10 each.

Nursery customers Thought bubbles:
When you go your Nursery to sell your plants, you'll often find that when you click on a customer, they'll display some "thinking bubbles". I have tried my best to try and figure out what these common ones mean.

= Maybe, he/she wants to see their baby?
= Don't know what plant to choose?
= Maybe you need your nursery upgraded with stuff?
= Going home.
= Cheap price he/she thinks.
= That customer thinks you have priced one of your plants too high.
= The customer thinks one of your plants needs to be taken care of.
= Happy with purchase.

You have found the Fabled Rose of Isola!

The Fourpetal Maple!

You have found the Magic Tree of Fragrance!
The intoxicating fragrance from this plant is universally pleasant and exotic. The wonderful aroma influences visitors in your nursery and attracts rare insects. This effect is automatic and permanent. The plant has been repotted in a golden pot and moved to your nursery.

The Mela Rare Oak!

You found the Fruit of Life!
The presence of this magic plant makes your other plants robust, resistant to infestation, and bloom vigorously. This effect is automatic and permanent. The plant has been repotted in a golden pot and moved to your nursery.

The Rosaceae Fern!


You have found the Rose of Joy!
This breathtaking plant bears roses so beutiful that people come from miles to behold its wonder. Your nursery will always have a croud from now on. This effect is automatic and permanent. The plant has been repotted in a golden pot and moved to your nursery.

The Nox Orchid!

You found the Flower of Knowledge!
The essence of this plant gives you great insight and wisdom. Now you know exactly what each plant is worth. From now on your plants are automatically priced much closer to their true value. FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)by Charley
Q. My plant won't sell, why?
A. Sometimes you may have a dead leaf or maybe the flowers are not visible.. If you find that you cannot sell the plant after a long time, trash it.

Q. How do I crossbreed plants?
A. Make sure you have 2 different plants that are matured and drag the pollen from one of the plants to the other plant. Be careful though, breeding exotic plants in lower grade soil can kill the plant.

Q. One of my plants is depleted, what does that mean?
A. It means that plant has produced enough seeds.

Q. The store's seed supply is gone!
A. The store restocks aproximatly every 24 hours.
