Again my strangest name experience would have to be the father's name was Kenobi and the son's name was Obi (I posted a pic in photo thread). But generally if I get a duplicate name I either just add a letter or similar to jlb67, do a combo name of the parents.
In RL - I have a cousin that named her child the same name as her older brother. And it's Micheal, so it's not even an uncommon name! So Micheal had an Uncle Micheal (by blood)
