For Windows you press the print screen button (top, right-hand corner, near there) and download it on an imageshack or photobucket account.

For Mac, you press apple-shift-3 for full screen pic and apple-shift-4 if you want your pic a certain size (and then download it on some photobucket/imageshack account)
