The sweet herb should be located near the mausoleum, south of the red earth. The soapy herb is near the hut closest to where the children jump off the cliff (to do cannonballs into the water below). The spicy herb is located to the left of the released kraken. The herbs are not mature or harvestable (or not even visible) until certain puzzle prerequisites have been met.
