I've been doing what Aviatrix suggested a while ago in this post. I agree with her view that a new chapter is going to mean that we need a lot more tech points and crafting resources. If I keep my game running, the villagers will be gaining a lot of tech points on their own, and I can watch a few ads here and there and build up lavastones, too.

If I pause the game, I won't have any of that.
