Hello cannotfindknife. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the game. It would be great if you would submit a "Help" request through the game so that we can help you. Here's how:
  • Launch your VVO2 game but do not tap 'Play'
  • Tap on the icon in the upper right corner (the 'gear' icon). It may say 'Saving' but tap it anyway
  • Tap on the green Help button, which will open a pre-addressed email to our support team
  • Do not delete anything that is already in the email, since it contains the information we need to help you with your game
  • Provide as much detail as possible about the problem you have encountered with your game and send it to us
