I take it you're using a device app rather than the game on PC/Mac? Mods are possible on the desktop version but as I understand it, the way apps are packaged on devices makes it impossible to have user mods. If you're using the desktop version, there are forum topics on this site all about making mods and letting you download mods that others have offered!
