Thanks Ajuma! Unfortunately I've never had a piano come on sale in my game. I'm only playing with one family right now. I have only 2 more rooms to upgrade and then I can concentrate on decorating as my peeps make money. I did splurge and get beds and dressers for my kid's rooms. So those two rooms are done already - unless I decide to change them later on.
