A few weeks ago I got a tsunami event. It claimed the lives of every female villager under 50. I keept it going. Everytime it looked like it was over a canoe came. I got probably like 4 or 5 of them. I was just waiting for an event that instead of mocking me would allow me to get the population back up. Today luck struck. I got a barrel of babies! Then later one an event came up allowing one of the girls from that barrel to be a mother at 14. My persistence paid off.
