I have the PC version, and I can't dismantle it, either. I've but 11 adept and 2 master builders couldn't dismantle it, even with level 3 science, medicine, and construction. I'm still at 0% dismantled. I have a red mask there, so I can't use the hospital at all. I'm stuck. What do I do now?
