I had level 2 on techs!!!
pick up pan and let the villager pan it out
then pick up a villager ( or same one) and let them pan it out
do this again after the villager is showing 'doing nothing'
Should be able to take the gold to be smelted!!!
then drop a villager on it to take to the statue
