ok i am trying to make cloth i have the cloth hut and every thing the pulp plant that you have to make the cloth from is not bloomed the villagers will not get it when does the plant bloom so you can get it ? i dont know what to do ? will some one help me

why cant i get any of the pulp plant it says it is not in full bloom yet when will it be in full so you can pick it up to make the cloths ?
