Unfortunately, Plimus scheduled system maintenance at the same time as our launch of VV4. They appear to be having continuing problems, but we are working with them to correct all of the issues related to downloading the Mac version and Developer's Edition extras. Until those issues are resolved, everyone will need to follow the procedures in Heather's edit at the bottom of this post. There are a lot of people with the same problem, and Heather is getting new links to everyone as fast as she can. We do ask for everyone's patience and understanding; we are as unhappy about this as you all are.
