It doesn't work for me... By the time they're done meditating and the lake is soapy and they're in it, the meditation goes away.
did you solve puzzle 13 first? I think that is crucial. furthermore I did puzzle 15 like this:

I had puzzle nine solved first, to bring more rest in the area then meditate, then take peep to the soap and let him make a bath, when bubbles push him in. when bubbles gone, take him out and to the tree
this should do the trick
