The only reason I was able to do it in time was because I had a runner, maybe as soon as you have someone pick up the hot rock, have someone else put one to be heating, and so on....
that's exactly what i had to do!

as soon as 1 picked up the rock under the fire, i had 1 picking another one to go on the fire.
