On the wall over near the steps is a pulpy vine, once you have your clothes hut built, drop someone over there to collect 3 lots of it, fill pot with salt water, cook and they take it down to a rock close to the shore and then drop people on it till it reaches 100%. You get 3 lots of cloth to one batch of cloth pulp, they then take it over to the clothes hut.
