I wondered if you could help me...

I bought Virtual Families
yesterday for my iPhone. When I go away and come back,
all my work and family are gone. I go
to menu and pause my game, but everything is gone. I love Virtual Villagers 2
and know that Virtual Families will be fantastic!!!
Please help.
