Virtual Villagers - The Secret City™
Comic Strip Contest

Guess what time it is? It is time, once again, for another LDW sponsored contest! This contest is going to be fun and the prizes are great. In this contest, we would like to see you put together a VV3 comic strip. That's right, a comic strip, centered around your little villagers from Isola's north shore.

How to participate:

• Take a screen shot or make your own drawing of the game, adding captions or other amusing content of your little villagers.
• Tell a mini story about VV3 in a cartoon format.
• Attach your screen shot to this thread. Instructions on how to do this are posted HERE.
• Dialogue or thought bubbles are not required.
• Please follow all LDW forum rules and posting guidelines.

Rules for the contest:

• You may submit up to 3 entries. If you should submit more than three comics, anything after the third one will not be considered and may be removed from the contest. So choose wisely.
• Your comic strip should not be more than 6 panels long. It can be as little as 1 panel long but definitely not more than 6.
• The contest will end at 12:01 AM, PDT, on August 1, 2008. To find out what time Pacific Time is, go towards the top of any forum page and follow these steps.
• Click on "My Stuff" and then on "My Preferences".
• Towards the bottom of the page, locate "Current server time is:".
• Subtract 1 hour from that time and you will have Pacific time.
• All entries will be judged by the LDW staff members and the winners will be announced on or before August 7, 2008.

2nd and 3rd place winners will have their choice of any gear from LDW's office (T-shirts, mugs, notebooks, or whatever stuff we can find around the office!)
