Save your image to the game's Images folder as a JPEG image with the name arrangementBG01, arrangementBG02, or arrangementBG03

This may sound like a rather dumb question (when it comes to computers, I confess, I'd not very bright) but how does one save one's picture in the folder? I can't seem to get the hang of that.
