Is there a mod where the boys/men can have rainbow hair? If not, how can I create?

I've moved your post here, since the mods forums are for posting fan-created mods.

The only versions of our games that can be modded are the PC or Mac versions, so it would be helpful to know exactly which Virtual Families version you want to mod.

You could make the mod yourself, or someone could make it for you. Like me
If you want to make it yourself, here's what you need:
1. Image-editing software (Photoshop, GIMP etc)
2. A copy of the game you wanna mod and its images folder

If you're modding Virtual Families 1 or 2 you need to go into their Images folder and find the files with all the male heads (there should be one file for the young heads and one for the old people heads). I believe there's also a file with the big versions of the heads, used for the Details screen.

You just open the heads file in your image-editing software, pick a hairstyle you want to mod, then select the hair in parts and color them different colors.
