You might have noticed that some fish is gone and new one has been added, also there is some that have their name changed from the previous game. Here's incomplete list from what I've noticed.

I think they did it to prevent it from being a remake.
So even if you already finished the original game and figured out the breeding mechanics, you may still enjoy it as it's a new game

I'm still wondering how they will fit new magic fishes to story, though. old ones were already shown on VV3
