There's a bug where if you log in with Facebook, it doesn't let you hit resume. My game crashed, started a new one, overrided my Facebook save in which I had purchased some gems I am kinda mad and I can't find a restore purchase. Thanks!

Customer support can help you with that. Just tap the gear icon in the game to send a support email. You can find the gear icon in the lower-right corner of the first screen you see when you load the game or at the bottom of the main game screen (next to Supplies and under the ? icon).
