HI fairly new to the game and have found many helpful answers here in the forums however, I haven't been able to locate this one. On occasion I see a glowing object in front of the trash cans out front and whenever I have put one of my people on it, it tells me unable to perform task. What is this and how can I retrieve it? I already have the rockhound certificate however it doesn't seem to help with this item. Thanks Much
