Somehow Sooniana changed her name to Toby, which is her husband's name. I closed the game using the back button and actually ending the app. Both times her name was still Toby. Checked her detail screen and on the family tree. It was Toby everywhere. This doesn't really bother me but I did want to let you know about it. This happened while the game was open if that matters. Toby was sick, so I was treating him. Suddenly the game zeroed in on Sooniana and her name tag said Toby.
