Never mind I found them!

I would LOVE if someone would make a unisex kids bed! We only have pink or blue and my generations require me to change out the beds....

There are also the Gothic single beds that come in dark red or dark blue with stripes or checks. They're rather expensive, though, at 2000-odd coins each, and aren't unlocked until several generations have passed, so you might not be able to access them yet. Of course, your taste may not run to Gothic anyway ...
