I can't get my tribe past 90. I have converted all of the heathens but, every time I try to populate it says I don't have enough housing. How can I get another hut?

If you complete a collection, it boosts your max pop. by 5, I believe, and if you complete them all it gives you an extra... 10? I'm not certain on that.
