I'm trying to change my avatar. I click change and upload the file; I've tried several, but it doesn't work. It stays SpongeBob.

Have you tried clearing out the old avatar all together (selecting "I no longer want to have an avatar) then submitting that?

See if that clears the old avatar. If it does, you should be able to upload the new avatar. smile
