I bought all 5 of vv games and once i get past the 1 hour free i am unable to enter the activation codes as the initial screen comes up with the two buttons to buy or unlock but nothing happens when i click on unlock!! it is worth mentioning that when the trial had started it also didnt work when i pressed the play button! the way i could start the game was to close the window but now the demo time is up nothing happens when i do that!!! please help im feeling very frustrated having paid for these games and not being able to play! im running windows 7 on the latest amd drivers.

It is possible that either your browser's pop up blocker is blocking that window, or it is hiding behind other windows. Please allow pop ups in your browser momentarily and try it again, as well as looking behind all windows to make sure it's not hiding.

You may need to check to be sure that javascript is enabled in your default browser. If it is not, enable javascript, close the browser, then try the unlock button again.

yes i usually use firefox but when nothing happened i set it to internet explorer and again made sure pop ups were ok etc still nothing, is there another way to enter the codes?

If you don't mind, delete one of the games, re-download & install it, and try the activation again.

As you can see from that thread, we've encountered this only a few times before, and we have been unable to recreate the issue on our lab computers.

I vaguely remember this happening once to me. I think what I ended up doing was deleting/uninstalling both the demo AND the full version from my computer, making sure that there were no files left behind, especially saveGame files (could possibly be a little more involved if Windows System Restore is turned on, not sure though.), re-downloading the game and then was able to put in my activation code. I wish I remembered exactly.

Did you download your demos directly from ldw and purchase your games directly from ldw or another vendor?

hey i got my games direct from ldw and so i can only download the demo and then enter the codes i have tried deleating all files and uninstalling ive even tried to fin any registry entries as i think that is where my problem lies, just so annoyed ive spent all this money but not got a single working game

please can you refund me my money? ive tried everything but nothing works im so dissappointed! will the codes work for bigfish versions?
