I purchased the full Mac version but had started playing the demo version for Mac. I repurchased the full version because by the time I read the email with the link I got a message saying the link was not valid. I played until I had 9 villagers which is the limit for the demo and want to delete the demo version but keep my progress. I just recently switched from Windows to Mac. Thanks.

Hi, Kristine! Whenever you have a problem with the purchase of one of our games, you should contact support, and we can help resolve the situation. For security reasons, the full version download links expire after a certain amount of time has elapsed or after a specific number of download attempts, but we can reactivate them if you let us know there is a problem.

The demo versions of our games use the same save location as the full versions, so you need only run the full version to continue where you were with the demo. If you need help determining which is which, you can check out this answer in our Support FAQ.
