Do the moderators work in the LDW company? If not, then how do we choose them? (I would post this in the SB if it still existed, but since it was deleted , I used the Off-Topic Discussions forum* instead. All SB related posts, please post them here. )

The moderators are trusted adults who typically have been here for years. None of the moderators asked to become a moderator, and they were all chosen by Arthur, Carla and me when we decided we needed another moderator. They graciously consented to contribute their time and talents, because they support what we do here and want to help out.
