hurrihottie Expert Registered: 12/21/07 Posts: 148	ok this is one of my 5 families, and its like the 14th generation..and have tried everything from perfume to baby boost..but this couple will not give me a kid..is there anything else i can do...one wants kids the other doesnt....but have tried at least 15 times..never have a child...i have never ever had this happen...help?? Also, check if their needs are met (healthy, fed, happy etc). Both the male and the female may be having fertility trouble. I once had a couple with a 'definite' and 'would be nice', they only had 2 kids, and when I gave the man a consultation I found out he needed the boost. hurrihottie Expert Registered: 12/21/07 Posts: 148	yes i have met all their needs, and given them both several shots of fertility boost...and tried doctors consults on both..no issues...im getting worried bc they are both now 40...maybe i can get an adoption event...dont want to lose this generation...thanks for all your suggestions

MissKathy Lead Tester Registered: 06/07/09 Posts: 1253 Loc: California (USA)	Drop one on the other over and over again (even if they're arguing) until they go to try to make a baby. Click to reveal.. Once they've tried and a baby didn't happen, drop one on the other again. Of course they will say it's too soon to try again. Close the game and try again every 15-20 minutes. Every time they say it's too soon to try again, close the game for 15-20 minutes and try again. I also recommend pausing the game when you're away for hours until your couple has at least 1 heir. Xay Customer Support Director Registered: 02/18/07 Posts: 2222 Loc: Colorado, US	There isn't a limit to the amount of generations in a family if you have version 1.00.09. If you have any of the versions before that one, there is a bug that will effectively end your family at 30 generations. However, if you would like to upgrade your game (to 1.00.09), read the post here carefully. To check to see what version you have, open the game, go to the Menu, and look in the lower left hand corner. Click to reveal.. Both my woman and man have had 1 baby boost each. After reading the post in the spoiler tag above, I decided to try it out in a less extravagant way. In case you're interested, I bought 3 extra baby boosts. I gave all of them to the woman, and got them to try again. The woman was 49 (gray hair!) and the man was 47. I'd tried for at least 10 times before this, to no avail. IT WORKED ON THE 1st GO! I now have new kid, Nirvana!
