I have loved all the entries so much! What a creative group of people. I wish I had the artistic talent of Lewanda, Krystal and so many others. Alas, I erased Gimp without remembering, so I only had Paint to work with. I had wanted to do a top of woven palm fronds criss crossed in an X with just a little bit of the belly showing. The skirt would have been three layers of grasses in different colors (tiered skirts are all the rage right now!). Unfortunately, my Paint attempt looked like just that - a Paint attempt. lol! I was hoping to inspire someone else to come up with the look I just described.

Ok, here goes... my first attempt at drawing something using Paint. I still don't know how to use Gimp. This looks kinda modern but in my mind the material for the neckline ruffles are leaves and the accent at the waist is made from straw.

...I don't thinkmy last posting attempt worked, so here's the pic:

It can be put in different colors... just change the sash (ribbon, whatever) and the main color. :]
