When it made me start over I looked in the sandbox to get the knob for the shed and it wasn't there. Anyone else have this problem? I was wondering if maybe it will be there on he next generation.

I'll need more information Are you playing Virtual Families on an iPhone or an iPod touch?

If so, go to the main menu screen, and tap the start over button. Once you've done that, check and see if the door knob is back. Let me know

You won't be able to get very far in the game without the door knob, unfortunately. We are looking into this issue.

I am having the same problem and I have restarted it also it keeps on restarting by it self every time I fix my store

The latest update (1.1.0) corrects all of these issues; however, if your savegame file has already been corrupted by a reset, you may have to start over with the new version.
