Using windowed mode on my 24' iMac8,1 (ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro) Any attempt to drag tribesmen or ground results in the whole window moving across the screen.Any fixes?

Isola does not have the problem, but Lost Village does. I have changed computers since I last played either of them.

The best thing to do right now is for you to compare your iMac software and hardware with your wife's iMac to determine what differences there are. That should help determine where the problem is.

Also, which games are you referring to? We have Virtual Villagers 1: A New Home, Virtual Villagers 2: The Lost Children, Virtual Villagers 3: The Secret City and Virtual Villagers 4: The Tree of Life.

Since we are working on this problem here, I will email you that I have replied here on the forums, but it's best to keep the problem in one place.

I already know that we have different video cards. Hers is about 6 months newer than mine.

I have a 24" iMac w/
2.8 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo w/2Gb RAM running OS X Vers: 10.6.2 a ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro video processor w/256 MB VRAM

My wife has a 20" iMac w/
2.66 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo w/2Gb RAM running OS X Vers: 10.5.8 a NVIDIA GeForce 9400 Pro video processor w/256 MB VRAM

So the only major diference is the video cards. Gotta a good fix?

Oh, BTW Iola.app runs "A New Home".

Unfortunately, we would need a way to reproduce the problem in order to have a solution for it. This problem seems to be unique to your computer.

We do know that Isola.app is A New Home, however, the 'Lost Village/Lost City' game is the one that I need clarification on. We have The Lost Children and The Secret City.

The best fix for the time being would be to run the game in full screen mode.

The other game that has the drag problem is "The Secret City".
