So my little villiagers are farming, and everything is ok. but then suddenly the time until the new crops is like 1000+ min. why??? i didn't change anything, everything was the way it was. help i don't want to restart again

The timers in Virtual Villagers, including the crop timer, rely on a stable and accurate system clock in order to operate properly. The crop timer should vary with game speed, but if your crop timer is consistently more than 400 minutes, it would be a good idea to check to make sure that your device's clock is set to the correct date and time. We have never seen problems with the crop timer except when the device's clock is being changed, either intentionally or inadvertently.

Now this is something I didn't know... would this apply to iPod touch games? I am certain, although I didn't make a record, that my little folks in VF would age more than 4 years overnight, or even during the day, if I play in the am and return in the evening. One couple had a new 4 yr old kid when i came back a few hours later. I eventually decided he must be adopted and they didn't "tell" me about it. LOL
