It might help if you say what operating system you're using since there's different downloads for each system and also what specifically is going wrong with your download.

I'm going to assume you're also downloading it off of the official ldw.com website

Im using windows vista, it starts to download but will not completly download.

I'm using Windows Vista as well, I tried downloading it using this link:

It seems to have worked fine for me.. so the download gets stuck at a certain percent?

yea, it just cuts off and brings up a message saying that it might be a corrupted file in the download causing the problem

Vanna, it would be helpful if you could provide the complete error message, since the exact error message wording is important in determining how to correct the problem.

The tips in this answer in our Support FAQ could be helpful with download issues, though.

I got it to download! all i had to do is switch Browsers! thanks so much!

YAY!! That's great! We have found that browsers are often the culprits in download issues.

That was the next thing I was going to suggest, but I didn't even know about that part in the FAQ section, thanks Lady! Sometimes Internet Explorer will mess up, other times it could be Firefox or another browser. If none of your browsers work, the next step may be looking into downloading some really high-rated and reliable downloaders that do not corrupt your files or finding the source of these errors in your browser.
