Well I added a lawnmower and Picnic Table for my family to enjoy. Please remember to copy your original images just in case you don't want the modification.

Note: This mod is not a stand-alone mod. It includes parts of a modded laundry room which can be downloaded here. However, that laundry room is also not a stand-alone mod. Another option is to merge your current Map X0Y1 with this new one so you can have the lawnmower and picnic table without having to change your other rooms. -Miss Kathy
