After I made my colonial rooms I realized it left little to be desired for the men on the forum, so I created this bundle for you. I put it in my game to try it out and ended up loving it more that the plum, green, and salmon bundle. smile Hope all you guys (and gals) like it!

INSTRUCTIONS: PLEASE READ them before installing.
This set incorporates the gold laundry, and burgandy-gold office. To use them please follow the directions below.
*TO INSTALL first download the Burgandy-Gold Office and the Dark Yellow/Gold Laundry
*If you have one of my patio's you need to download your patio with the gold laundry room instead of this gold laundry room mod.

INSTALL THE OFFICE AND YELLOW LAUNDRY FIRST THEN INSTALL ALL 3 OF THE IMAGE FILES YOU DOWNLOAD FROM THIS POST OVER TOP OF THEM, LETTING THEM OVERWRITE THE DUPLICATE FILES.

THIS SET CONTAINS:

BATH in tans, browns, and golds:
Features hand-painted vanity top;
Vanity bottom is partly image and partly hand-painted;
Plush wall to wall pile carpeting;
New lighting over vanity and toilet area;
Customized towel upgrade, towel bar with towels and washclothes, bath mat, shower curtain, and wall coverings;
New toilet paper-magazine holder;
Wooden toilet seat;
Dark wood-stained doors;
Please use the water anim enclosed with the set, as it is customized for this bathroom.

LIVING RM in burgandys and Greens:
Features hand painted floor lamp;
Family portraits on wall and table;
Hand painted colonel details over the orginal tables and sofas;
Plants and florals placed in different parts of the room;
Customized drapes, carpeting, and wall coverings.

MASTER BEDROOM in burgandy, tans, and golds:
Features customized wall coverings;
Hand-painted colonel headboard, footboard, tables, and bed chest;
Tissues and books on tables;
Carpeting;
Custom bed upgrade (It will work for this bedroom only)

KID'S ROOM in burgandy, wine, and gold:
Features customized carpet and wallcovering;
New lighting;
New bedding.

*This bundle includes include a customized air purifier for the burgandy-gold office and an antique radio to go with the theme (It's use is optional as is the air purifier.);

*I'd like to ask you nice modders that if you make mods around these please post them on the forum. You're free to do what you want to them for your own game. Though I'd like to ask you not to post them please. There are so many versions of others mods changed by others on the forum that it's getting quite confusing.
