marjon1981 Newbie Registered: 10/26/08 Posts: 1	How can I get the health of my familymembers up. They are weak and extremely weak. They aren't sick, but their health is not right. How can I do something about it? Greetings

But if the health is down and energy is up, sleep won't help. Take them outside, and give them little tasks, like pulling weeds or selling collectables, and they will get better. Vitamins didn't help me. Put the kids in the sandbox, and they will get better just a little bit faster. And let them take all the naps and eat all the food they want.
