The Technical Issues forum is for reporting and discussing technical issues and problems with LDW games. If you need help with playing a game, please see the discussion forum for that game in the Windows/Mac Games Section, the Mobile Games Section, or one of the other sections for the game that you are playing. Please don't use Private Messages to ask for game support, since we are not set up to provide support that way and don't always check our messages during busy times.

Our primary channel for support is, as always, through our Help Center. There are many solutions to common problems there, and you may find that the answer to your question is already available there. You may also submit a support request by clicking the link in the upper right corner of that page.

If you cannot find the answer to your question or the solution to a problem that you're experiencing with your game, feel free to post the question here. We will try to provide excellent support through the forums here, and the advantage is that you may very well find more clever solutions to certain technical issues than we have ever thought of! It has happened in the past and it will continue to happen, and this is a testament to our very talented community.

When posting your problem or question, it always makes sense to be as specific as possible and include: 1) The specific game that you are talking about, along with the version number (usually found on the game's menu screen). 2) The platform you are running on (e.g. Windows, Mac, iOS, Android). 3) The exact hardware and operating system version you are using. 4) Any error messages that you receive. 5) The exact symptoms that you are encountering, and any other details that you can think of.
