i have clicked everywhere in the closet but i cant find him. it has been like 20 min.s already

It is not a glitch! The child is hiding. Use your detail screen until you get on him or her; then return to the game, you will be clicking on him/her.

Hi Savannah! Did you know when they hide in the closet, are in the bathroom or shower you can take hold of them and pull them out?

Hi Savannah! When a kid hides in a closet you can pull him/her out. But if it's been in there for 20 minutes the game has most likely lost her. In one of my games the remote got lost. I waited until the next generation hoping it would show up again, though it never did. That has to be a game glitch. I'd really like to know if she does somehow show back up again though.

Did you see my reply to your remote problem? See if it helps you get your remote back.

I doubt the game "lost" the kid. They hide all the time. Pull her out or just exit the game and start it up again (locations of peeps are not saved, so she'll be someplace else).

It was a fourth generation family though, so I'm aware of the thing with the remote showing up in different places of the house. However this one was gone for about five days in all, and when I starte the new gen it still didn't show up, so I ended up deleteing the game. It was too aggravating to see them wanting to watch tv when they couldn't.

she still hasn't shown up, it still shows her in the family screen but after i shut off the game and restarted it it dont show her under details any more. What is sad is i was going to pass the house to her :cry"

Savannah, hopefully, since she's still showing in the family tree, she will show up in the family when you're choosing the next generation. I'd sure like to know if that happens.

My Little girl went into the closet and never came out. I checked the details screen and got to her name and tried to pull her out but cant. I closed the game and reopened it after two hours of her being gone, and her details screen was no longer there. There were no events around the time that she went into the closet. She still appears on the family tree and it is still light up as if she is still alive but she is nowhere to be found.


an event popped up that there was a little girl on my doorstep who looked abandoned. she looks and acts the same but her name is yola, instead of smiley. her likes and dislikes are the same also. Did the game replace her?

Hi Savannah For my case, I had to use the Red glove on the hidden kid and she came dashing out of the wardrobe heehee :P

The parents of my little girl that disappeared passed last night. but when i started a generation My little girl was there! So she is now the Beginning of my third generation. I figured i would let you all know that she is back, YAY!!!

That's grea Savannah! Since she was still in the Family section I felt that she would be part of the next gen. Big smiles

Sometimes I have my kids go into the laundry room closet and disappear. I'm running 1.00.05. They always come back out eventually though. Here's a pic to demonstrate:

It probably would've helped if Vanna had let us know what version she was running so we'd know if it was a bug in the latest version.

That's normal for them to do that VFMF I think it's pretty cute, but frustrating when I don't think of clicking on the Detail screen to have it select the person for me.
