so I have a villager who is a master in farming and research so I make them an elder, I know I have to make them a master in one more area, I also know the healing will take awhile to master, because it's not VERY often someone is ill, and so it's either parening or building? Which would be easier? (and if it helps the villager is a woman)

Depends, i'd go for parenting, but if you have huts, vines to cut or dams to build then go for building. But 1 hut won't get you to master building

Of course, it also depends on her age. If she's fairly young (20s-early 30s) she's got a good chance of making it to Master parent before she's 50. I don't much like my villagers being "unproductive" so if she's over 50 and still a parent all she'll do is run around distracting the male villagers from their tasks, without producing any babies. Only those very close to being a master get to stay a parent over the age of 50.

That's just me, though.
