In the beginning of the game, before you have enough money to pay for research, I have found that only certain Betas will sell well in the $20-25 range. Everything else typically sells for $10 or less. I usually breed and sell a lot of Betas to get enough money to finance my operations. Getting a second tank early on helps to get money faster, too.

Help!! I put my adult fish in the sale tank and then click on the sell fish icon where I see people walking around. However at the bottom of the screen it says "fish still for sale: 0" and no one is buying. What am I doing wrong?

I have never seen this happen in Fish Tycoon. Are you sure they are adult fish? Check to see that the fish are at least age 20. Fish have 3 different stages of growth: the babies (less than age 6) are light gray; fish in the next stage (ages 6-19) have the color and basic shape of adults, but are still pretty small; adult fish are considerably larger than the other 2 stages and have developed fins. If your fish are at least age 20 and your store screen still says there are 0 fish for sale, please report this as a bug in the Technical Issues forum.

Are you putting the fish in the tank or keeping it in the blue "examiner:" in the bottom of the screen
