2 games in a row, my villagers move the statue up the step path, but then for one reason or another the chief does not supervisor their work any longer and none of the builders will work on the statue. I can put the Chief over the statue and it see's it but will not direct work any longer. Any idea's?

Also you can not click on the statue and get a percentage, but I think the chief has to be directing work for this to show.
