(***POSSIBLE SPOILER***) Can anyone tell me where the short spear is? i know it is right in front of my face but i can't see it. thanks for your help

It's in a different place in every game. You just have to look carefully.

Has anyone NOT been able to find the spear? There have been times when I would find it camouflaged by surrounding things, but eventually found it nonetheless. There have also been one or two times when I had no choice but to start over because after spending an hour looking, it was nowhere to be found. Same thing happening now in my current game. All other items found, but not the spear.

A couple of times it was hidden really well, to the left of the bath and in the high grass below the graveyard. Other times it was out in the open by the sea. I like the randomness of this puzzle.

That's kind of cool, actually. That way, the game's not quite the same way, twice.

I had to do that with one game. I don't think I spent an hour looking for it, though.
