To the person with the Chief who won't weather dance. Kill him off. Make a bad potion that makes them sick and make the Chief eat it several times without letting anyone heal him. He'll die soon enough. Problem is that each villager can only eat once out of each batch of potion. But, shutting the game down will dump the current batch so you can make more and make them eat it again.

I had a villiager like this. I put her on a child to tell a story and the kid went to listen to a story and she took off in the other direction. as punishment i made her my villiage parent. He he he he!
